Amino acids have been shown to improve the strength of hair, particularly hair that has been chemically treated. The general theory is that the amino acid penetrates into the hair shaft to provide moisture and add to the structural integrity of the hair. Shea butter and argan oil nourish hair without making it look greasy and our myrica fruit wax adds hold and texture. Apply to towel dried hair at the root and work through to ends and style as usual or apply directly to dry hair strands.
